Riven the Most OP Champ in the game

Because she received the nerf bat a lot already. At this point I feel they are trying to bring champions back up to the "Hey I actually do damage" level of things, like in S1. So essentially, stop nerfing everyone and leave the strong ones, just buff the weak ones to the level of the strong ones and call it fair.

She isn't really the most OP champion, her kit is quite easy to use that's all.
