Matchmaking

Has anyone else matchmaking gone to hell since this preseason? I'm gold V and i'm constantly being placed with silvers on my team or a couple of gold .While i would go against a diamond player and a plat player leaving the rest of their team gold. These are the results of my last game where a diamond 4 went 18-0 Gold V (me) Gold IV
