The Most OP

Just another summoner here. I want to see a completely new game mode. Something different from URF, Hexakill, or One For All. Something completely new. Guess what I thought of? From the title, you should be able to guess. Who is the most OP? The most OP champ in all of League of Legends history. What I mean by this is the state of a champion where the champion was at its strongest. An example would be reworked AD Yi when his Q would be 100% reset if he got a kill or assist. Since it was too strong, you all at Riot eventually got to the conclusion that 70% would be the best way to go. Well, it was something like that with Master Yi. Not sure if I got everything right, but you all should get the gist of it by now. Bring the champion back to its strongest. Maybe it was because there was an item that made the champ OP... COUGH Force of Nature + (Insert Champ). Of course... BRING IT BACK. So basically bring back the OP items too. Items like Feral Flare and stuff. That would be amazing. Who did it the best? Who was the strongest? Find out on the next episode of League of Legends and... Yea, whatever. Do it. Really.
