Made a Complete Jerk Out of Myself

I wrongfully and sharply suggested in draft that a teammate not pick into , totally unaware that had numbers against her. The teammate politely said they were practicing, but was equally unaware of my ignorance along with the rest of my team. I told them to go practice in bots, even though we were in a normal game. The natural assumption for me was that is trash since I don't see her played hardly ever, let alone against a champ with the second highest ban rate. This post is a personal repentance, but at the same time I wish someone would have enlightened me. I certainly don't want to come off as an cancer to the community as someone suggested.

I want to apologize to the community, and promise to never assume anything when it comes to league again. I would like to admit that I'm somewhat new to LoL but I have put a lot of time into becoming a decent player. An oversight on my part is certainly not unusual.

i honestly cant tell if this is sarcastic, but just in case it's not you dont need to apologize for single game mistakes, just remember not to make them in the future.

Haha, no it's not sarcasm. I just felt really bad, and sought some sort of consolation. It's also a testament to how important the community is to me. I do realize that a community as large as League must be circumvented at times, and you have to ignore trolls and jerks.

Hey man, up until level 15, if i thought a game was lost i would intentionally feed and start chatting the lyrics to "in the end" by linkin park. Dark days from my past, but live and learn. Sounds to me like you're a positive member, and whenever you're not, you realize it and get better. Props for that.

Kayle is my ABSOLUTE WORST champion. I just SUCK at her. Im only like that with Jinx and Kayle. They seem really easy to pull off but I just SUCK for no reason!

As someone who plays a moderate amount of Kayle top, I can offer a little advice.

Watch your mana. Even with a d-Ring, Kayle is very vulnerable to running out of mana in lane. However, while she's a little squishy early, she lanes quite well - her E lets her farm from range and harass for free, and her W gives her great sustain. Don't be afraid to use either. Be very wary of using your Q - you're unlikely to get something out of it worth the mana use, so in lane, I only ever use Q to get a kill or escape death. Remember that your ult doesn't use mana, so you can always use it as a get out of jail free card.

Be wary of bursty enemies. Kayle's ult is the ultimate counter to assassins, but that doesn't mean you can win the fight. One of Kayle's main weaknesses is that she has almost no burst damage - she is all DPS. Once you get going, your passive plus E damage shreds through targets, but you need a couple seconds on target to get to that point.

Be patient. Kayle is very strong, but she needs some items first - my experience is that she really comes online with TriForce + finished boots + a tank item of some kind (I use Randuin's and Banshee's).

On builds, I build Kayle as a hybrid, with my offensive core being TriForce, Nashor's Tooth, and Hextech Gunblade. Some people build Kayle as full AP; I can't vouch for how good or bad this is, though.

this shows a lot of empathy on your part but yeah only time bots are useful for practice is if you have never played the champ before otherwise its too easy to manipulate their AI and you dont actually learn how to play
