ModWuks1 votesNope, there was just a patch about a week ago. The only thing that'll be changing is that ranked will be enabled sometime within the next 16 hours.

It's not that NA knows more than the OCE folks; it's just that patch cycles typically occur once every two weeks, and since we just had a patch, the next one should be in about a week. I'm guessing that Jhin will be released in Patch 6.2 for 7200IP and then will be lowered to 6300IP the week after his release.
