Logging On issues / Signing into Chat issues

Hi I've been having issues logging on to my league account. Some "connection error" pops up and says to check my internet and other stuff but i know everything works. I have to log on and exit at least 5 times before it finally works, and when it does my chat connection has difficulty signing on. I have to hit the "reconnect to chat" button at least 3 times before it finally works. This has been going on for the last week.

Someone help it's really annoying and frustrating.
