Purchasing Riot Points issue (not really an issue)

I went to publix and I bought a $15 gamestop card thinking it would work on league, anyone willing to exchange $15 gamestop card for $15 of riot points? I'm not getting scammed nor am I scamming you, up to you to believe me.
