So after Riot released the reworked Tribunal they talked briefly about the possibility of releasing something called the "Justice Hall," which was going to be a ladder of Tribunal reviewers with the highest Justice Rating. Later, they decided against it out of fear of backlash against these players from the rest of the community?
What are your thoughts?
I see nothing wrong with this. Why should summoners be ashamed of supporting the game by disciplining their fellow summoners who've stepped out of line. True there will be angry summoners just like there are now, but it would help to motivate those who are dedicated to the process and put their time and effort into the game already.
Being the most accurate does not mean you are the 'best judges'
it just means you can best predict what other people are going to pick.
When you can just skip cases until you get easy ban cases, or easy pardon cases, I think it is rather easy to inflate this.
The people who are already judging are judging because they want to, no sense to attract the attention of less savory members of the community who will just give these players a hard time.
Honestly the system needs an overhaul only because summoners I have met no longer fear being reported. "Enjoy your Ban." I would say to the most toxic of toxic people I met only to have them counter with. "Ill just make another account. " It is people like this that ruin good games such as LoL. That and trolls in ranked.......dear god the trolls in rank piss me off to no end.
