I think that every 1st Win of The Day grants 2 rp. In my opinion it's a very good idea because we are obligated to pay real money for skins and boosts so if you add my request it would be amazing. If you were a normal player, I think you would like this request

You must not know what "obligated" means. You aren't required to buy anything in League of Legends, it is entirely optional. All relevant play material, champions and runes are able to be purchased with IP which you get by playing the game. The only RP exclusive items are skins which are purely cosmetic, non-required, and entirely up to personal preference if they are purchased or not.
Riot is a business and they are by no means obligated nor should they be to provide free monetary related reward to players, especially given the fact that they already provide this game to the players, indirectly provide all streaming of the game to the community, and directly provide free to view professional gaming.
