Got permanently suspended? No context given, never before received a ban or even chat restriction

I logged in today to find that my account has been ''Permanently suspended''. The email i received to justify this gives absolutely no context whatsoever. I have never before received any kind of warning,temporary ban or even a chat restriction. I have already submitted a ticket to Riot support but what can this be? I also spotted a notification on reddit about a recent ban wave. Can anyone provide any context to this whole situation and what possibly happened to my account.

Log in to your account on the client and it should show a reform card if it was due to toxic behavior. If no card shows, then the system may have detected cheating. Scripts and intentionally abusing bugs to get an unfair advantage can result in a ban. I have also heard that if you move your residence or play games while on vacation in another state without informing Riot support, an automated system may determine that your account is being elo boosted, especially if there is a fluctuation in skill.

Hello - thanks for the reply.

No reform card was shown. As for the rest i have never used scripts or any other kind of abusable ways to gain an in game advantage ( i assume everyone can claim that is the case but i honestly haven't nor do i even know how). As for a fluctuation in skill i have an account that is currently in high diamond that i gave up playing on and smurfing on this one, climbed from unranked to plat 1 playing a few games a day over the past month. Changing residence is out of this picture however.

That was honestly hearsay I came across on the boards a while ago, I don't think it's true I was just throwing out possibilities.

For perma bans, Riot uses the year you were banned to as a code for why you were banned. The year 2203 is the code for botting/other 3rd party programs.

First of all - what a completely ridiculous way to communicate the reason. How about stating it instead of having me deciphering Da Vinci's code.

Well, I think the code is more for them. Like I said, this code is used for botting/other 3rd party programs. Now I don't know the history of you and that account. Maybe you bought it, or got it from someone else some other way, and who you got it from used a bot to level it up, or maybe you used some other program, I don't know.

What I do know is that the last ban wave for this type of ban was quite accurate, and from the research I did I'm fairly certain there were no false bans from the last wave.

If you do truly believe that this was a false ban, though, your best bet is to send in a ticket to Riot support to try and get this figured out.
