I absolute love Taric. He is by far my favorite champion in league of legends. This is NOT a troll. I honestly love Taric. I believe that Taric should be thrown a balance change. Yes, I agree his gameplay is simple, but I don't believe he needs a rework. I think scaling should be changed. Possibly making his ult add or only have an ad scaling. Thoughts? PLUS I REALLY WANT EMERALD TARIC SO PLEASE BRING IT BACK!!!
