so i jsut realized project fiora was on sale and if i didnt buy a stupid summoner icon a week before i couldve bought the skin. that made me realize we should have more refunds since about 99% of us spent it on 1350 ip champions and wasted it all. i think it would be a good idea to at least reward good behavior 1 refund or even have hextech crafting to do something about it.
