Anyone Hearing a Strange Laugh in the Rift?

So i was playing yesterday as morgana, and spammed my laugh as i was walking down bot-side river. And i s#!t you not, something laughed back. it was something I've never heard before in the rift. It sounded dark and mildly mechanic. And it didn't just happen once, it happened a couple games later, too. so this is definitely a thing.

I couldn't help but think about the symbols that showed up on the rift right before Bard joined the league. Maybe it has to do with an Urgot rework, or another new champ...but try it. go into game and laugh, and then come tell me....WHAT LAUGHED BACK?

There was a thing on the PBE that laughed at you (with you?) if you laughed near/in the river. Or laughed at you when you died. It was hinting at something to come, people were guessing.

I'm obviously assuming this was heard in the live version. I dont know why it was shipped into live, though.
