Should I buy Riven or Yasou?

I'm have more than 6000 ip and i've been considering whether to get Riven or save up a bit for yasou. They both fit the needs that im looking for as a fun champion

Get Riven. She is easier to play and just as game changing if you are good with. Even a bad Riven can still be useful by building tanky and still has her knock up, stun and excute that doesn't really cares how much damage you do. Yasuo is too much feast or famine and you can't build him tanky or he will be garbage. He is one of the champs if you downright can't get ahead, you will most likely be irrelevant unless your team spoon feeds you during teamfights which they won't in soloque.

I have ran into far too many people mid and top that played Yasuo since they thought he was OP, only for nearly all of them to get stomped since they have no fking clue how to play him, let alone good. And this is including the ones that do manage to get fed because they think they are superman and ult into your team, only to instantly evaporate after its over, losing one of their key players for barely 10-30% of whoever he hits hp.

Riven on the other hand I usually see win lane and even if she doesn't, she can fall back on teamfights and still being relevant due to her kit. She still has safety and CC in hers while Yasuo only has CC if he can land Qs. Her ult can easily let her catch up in teamfights due to how easy it is to get a kill or at least several assist. And again like i said, if all else fails, she can be a tank that still even with little damage can still hurt and be hard to take down. Personally I think Bruiser Riven is far stronger than pure AD Riven since she can survive clashes vs praying she can get her full combo off without being interrupted.
