Help at not getting angry at yourself?

I have a problem. I don't really get that angry at my teammates, compared to a lot of people. However, I tend to get really angry at myself. What happens is that if I start doing bad, I feel really, really, really awful for feeding and I start yelling at myself and apologizing to my team for being the feeder. I feel super bad when I'm the guy making my team lose. I really wish I could stop, and some days I'll do well, but then I'll hit a 2-3 game losing streak in ranked where I'll do bad and then I'll have another incident. I'm just really frustrated that some games I can play at a platinum awesome level, and other games I'll play like I'm really awful and not play anywhere near as I know I can play.

I'm really afraid I'll get banned. Any tips?

Turn off All Chat and mute your team mates at the beginning of the game. This will cut out their attitudes and help you not have to apologize (because they won't see it even if you type) - and it will also keep you from getting reported or banned because they won't be able to see your attitude. If you go on tilt anyway, step back, play a normals with a buddy (not alone), then an ARAM. If you're still on tilt walk away until the next day.

I have to do this with ranked games. If I have a REALLY bad game I won't play ranked again until the next day. It really helps, it keeps me from demotions most times, and I have good friends that will pick my spirits up in normals. We'll also break the meta just for the heck of it and laugh win or loose. I usually play much better after these games.

It's commonly called going on tilt. The only real cure is to take a break, either from ranked or from League. I usually go play an ARAM or watch some LCS.

Or, you know, do real life stuff.

Just come back later.
