Suggestion: Add More Options For Users "In-game" (ex:Ranks)

Ranks started off great during the first few awesome seasons of the game, but ranks gradually lost its edge when people came in with trolls and smurfs. It's understandable losing these games can be frustrating but that doesn't mean they have the right to spread their frustration onto others who are trying to win. More and more these days we are seeing people AFK'ing, DC'ing and simply just being toxic or intentionally feeding. All these have one big thing in common: The ones that are NOT doing THESE, have to sit there, suffer and watch.

My suggestion is to let other teammates have a little more control over their own team.

I'll keep this short:

1. Add a "Kick offline" player (A voting system similar to "Surrender") 2)Add a "Search for player" (To fill their missing persons shoes) 3)If the first 2 are really difficult to put in or simply are not possible. Give the remaining 4 players a buff. One not big enough to overpower the missing player, but one that would help each individual support them selves a little better as compensation.
