How can I carry where my whole team fed?

So I'm trying to climb rn currently B IV 75 lp and my last game was crazy af. I kept ganking each lane trying to help but I wasnt able to help every lane and my choices were either camping an Illaoi, Diana, or Draven I decided to camp the Illaoi cause fed Illaoi= GG since my team cant move right to dodge her tentacles for some reason. I tried to help out my Vel'koz with diana got a couple kills on her but Vel'koz still managed to lose lane and tryndamere even though I was camping him 24/7 when I was not mid. My bot lane lost hard since I was neglecting them for top and mid but it was a squishy draven which I could 1v1 easily so he didnt do much late game but since my whole team went negative so hard there was nothing a 24/8 shyv could've done about it especially when my team kept getting caught out in the jungle for some weird reason even when I told them to stop doing and group . I could've easil 3v1'ed their squishies but I needed help with rammus and blitzcrank and I told them that but they still wouldnt hroup and kept getting caught out in the most randomest places which then led to the enemy team getting the nexus.
