Banned for not surrendering?

Alright so, I was in a crazy match just a few minutes ago. I didn't say a thing the whole game and I stayed with my team and tried my best to keep them alive , being a support and all. So when it came to late game our fiddles wanted to surrender, but I figured that we could still win if we grouped up a little more and focused the main problem in the match. But then started telling me and draven how we are being reported for not surrendering and being dumb about it. When I finally said something to him "why are we getting reported for not surrendering?". He just started going off how I will be banned and how dumb I was, so after the match he mentioned how I was gonna be reported yet again and to "enjoy your ban". So, I was wondering if you can really get banned for something so minor as not surrendering.

I'm pretty sure that Riot would look into the issue, if it's consistent. But that was just a salty Fidd. You shouldn't be banned for that

Yes. Sorry didn't really know of him tell I had seen a video that N3ac3y (BingeGaming dotTV) did. But Dunkey did have a valid point and his reasons in his video. If you get banned for saying something once, even being a loyal league of legends player. Then what's to say that they won't ban for something as small as not forfeiting.

You have no clue what you are talking about. He was suspended multiple times and warned multiple times. He knew that we was crossing over a line and was not even perma banned. He chooses to not use his account.

Where ever you got the story on what happened to dunkey you should stop going to those places. They are not helping you

Anyways not surrendering is not ban able. You could of reported the fid for harassment for what he was saying game.

It doesn't matter how much money and time you pour into something... he deserved the ban because he violated the terms and agreements.

No where in the terms and agreements does it say you can get suspended for not surrendering.

yeah... It wasn't just one time. Dunkey has had a not so nice history. And did you know what was said? He said they should be gunned down. I'd ban that

No, you absolutely cannot be banned for not surrendering.

Some people have this impression that you get banned for anything and everything. It's not correct in the slightest.

Trust me i've seen it all. Even someone lying and saying that I was being toxic just cause I didn't wanna surrender. Even said it in all chat that I was making fun of him when really all I said was "We just need to group up and ward more". Thanks for your feedback though.

no you wont get banned for having fighting spirit. "every game is winnable" or so they say. unless you were being toxic for being about it and afked in addition to not pressing yes. some people just get upset when they see writing on the walls

I just didn't want to go off on a lose because of someone raging at us for not surrendering . I only press yes when I 100% know that it's unwinable. Thanks for your feedback!
