So, blanc means white in French, but it is the masculine form of white, so if she truly was a chick, she would be LeBlanch. Plus, she is the deceiver.

Le is also the masculine article. So it should be "LaBlanche" to use the correct article.
But more importantly, it's a family name - meaning its gender-reference is meaningless, in the same sense that surnames like "Erickson" no longer refer exclusively to men.
Her actual first name is Evaine.
It would be lablanche and it is also quite common for names to have this type of thing in them. Like Someone called Goldman isn't actually a man of gold. And in her League judgment it reveals that she is not always the same person. And that Leblanc is just an identity given to the leader of The Black Rose. Its a good read. Shame Riot doesn't do them anymore QQ
