Summoner icons

I feel like Riot could do a lot more with summoner icons. Buying skin packs or playing games is not interesting for a summoner icon. There should be summoner icons for having a pentakill, quadra kill, ranked pentakill, etc. A summoner icon for 100+ smite kills on baron/dragon, an icon for being highest damage on your team for 50 games, whatever, the options are endless. And when someone saw one of those icons they would care. 90% of the icons I see on people mean nothing.
