Report players during in-progress match

I'm sure we all know just why this system would need to be in place.

The post game lobby does its job enough, but the times where you cant leave with an afk (remake timeframe just passed and they leave), you cant stop a player from feeding, you cant stop someone from pushing top ignoring your help pings while all 5 enemies are in your base, or any combination of these.

I would like to propose the following -In-game report system, where players can report others while a match is currently going -Ability to leave without penalty if an afk is present once a report for afk is sent

Players need to be focusing on the game, not afk submitting a report. They can wait til the match is over to report.

Two wrongs don't make a right. Each player is responsible for continuing the play the match regardless of someone else's behavior. Just play the match out until you can forfeit; there's even an early unanimous surrender option coming soon. By afk'ing you make it even worse for those that remain, and diminish or outright ruin the chances of recovering the match even if the other player returns (which he might).

This would be kind of stupid... We don't need this at all, and you'd be hurting your team even worse by leaving, just tough it out like everyone else
