Jax(LoL) vs Juggernaut(Dota 2)
Who do you think would win? This is late game full build 1v1 at Dragon or Roshan or whatever.

If all you are doing is comparing their kits, i would say Jax has the more bulletproof kit. Jug ult can easily be countered by illusions or staying together. Jug needs his 4200 (ult stick) to make his ult really shine, but can be countered by standing next to creeps or buying a 1600 item (ghost).
Jax has a gap closer, steroid, AOE cc, and steroid. Matched with pretty braindead gameplay/mechanics makes him the easier/better(?) champ.
