This skin is a legendary skin. It costs 1820 rp, looks great but it's missing something... In the splashart the cards are black, they're tarot cards. He's obviously a reader in this skin, therefore we should try and work towards getting his cards black, or something because right now it's just a changed skin with different colors. It should be worth 975 then since the other one is the same thing or just recolor the cards and make em tarot....
