Double exp please?
Thank you for double ip weekends, but you also have to include double exp for us low levels

They don't want you to grow up too fast. They want to enjoy your adolescent years!
It's a bad idea. It would reward people for smurfing, which is not what Riot wants to do.
While that would be nice for the lower level accounts, it not something that everyone can benefit from. I'm going to guess that people who are level 30 outnumber those that are less than 30. Maybe not since I'm sure there are new players everyday, but a double exp would do nothing for a lot of people.
