I cant trust my internet

A few years back, i played a lot of lol, i was ranked, i love this game very much.

Since then i have had to move to a place where i can get stable or fast internet. i have tried to play... I have tried to enjoy it. but every time i get DCed for an hour I feel like i am ruining the game for 4 other people... I hate that feeling. so i uninstalled for about a year. recently tried to come back, only been playing bot matches, figured it would be no big deal if i DCed... its a bot match.

but yesterday i got DCed in one... when I got back on today, i have a message from riot saying i have to agree to to leave any more match... if only i could.

I hate this.

What do you guys think?

Is it time to uninstall? or just say blah blah blah, and go enjoy my time with the bots?
