I just got butcher urgot from hextech crafting and wondering how rare is it? :O

Like all legacy skins, it's unobtainable outside of special sales or the monthly bundles.
According to Elophant, Butcher Urgot ranks 502 out of 696 in skin popularity. I think Elophant only counts users who use its site though, so don't take that number too seriously.
I'ts pretty rare.
Also, I'm guessing it's based off that Gear Check from Naxx whose name I can't remember.
