Permaban after being hacked?

Is it normal to be permabanned after recently recovering a lost account?

UPDATE:: Been 4 days, got another automated response saying I was transferred to a player behavioral specialist.... Still nothing...

you should contact the support about that, maybe they can help. As long as you did nothing wrong and you do not deserve a ban, it is not normal to get a permaban of course.

ps: you'll probably get a bot answer first, just reply again if they don't help you at first, always stay polite, calm and bring a lot of patience with you ;)

Yeah, thanks for the advice haha! Just loss after a loss, you know?

Already did the support ticket, was just curious if it was common as this is something that happens on other mmo's I've played before

League's not an MMO, but yeah, the other guys are right. That's not normal. Hopefully support can help you out^^

I seriously need help now, I even posted the first ticket proving that they helped me get my account back, and used my previous match history to show that things were wrong... they just keep replying with, "Our system detected you account was exploiting"... Is there any way I can get them to look farther than just a program?
