Is it normal to be permabanned after recently recovering a lost account?
UPDATE:: Been 4 days, got another automated response saying I was transferred to a player behavioral specialist.... Still nothing...

you should contact the support about that, maybe they can help. As long as you did nothing wrong and you do not deserve a ban, it is not normal to get a permaban of course.
ps: you'll probably get a bot answer first, just reply again if they don't help you at first, always stay polite, calm and bring a lot of patience with you ;)
No; send in a support ticket on the matter. They'll tell you what happened.
Update: Standard automated response, I just wish they had a phone number
I seriously need help now, I even posted the first ticket proving that they helped me get my account back, and used my previous match history to show that things were wrong... they just keep replying with, "Our system detected you account was exploiting"... Is there any way I can get them to look farther than just a program?
