Should there not be a poll system to this game? A way to vote for content?

Ever since i've got banned I personally have been thinking about how toxic this community can be. Honestly I feel their should be a way of voting for content not just by a handful of players on the PBE and a new form of chat system that has viable filters. They should have a way to vote for content and not just a here it is you better take it kind of mentality. But either way i'm done with this game to have my account taken away feels like i lost apart of myself that riot has told me I will NEVER get back. Its like saying that they never messed up in the years this games been out but they don't have to start from scratch you do it as many times as them in 5000 games they sure as hell will take it from you. You're more then welcome to make a new account they say, I hope a hacker decides Riot time for you to lose your back ups and start from scratch then you're more then welcome to make a new game oh wait this isn't the same game i started playing all those years ago anyway its just become a play ground of who can troll and get away with it and quite honestly I think the ones running this league of circus are the biggest trolls of all.
