Use the in-game reporting system to report a player that you haven't played a game with? Because my post was removed for calling a bad player out and i'm supposed to use the non-existant in game reporting system to report said player. toxic af in champ select, so i dodged. can't report someone until after game loads. please, riot, if you're going to suggest a solution, make it one someone can actually implement instead of some weird fantasy.
