Reporting a player after game?

Is there a way to report a player after your completly out of game? cause my client crashed and I really really really need to report this zyra who trolled and bought 6 mobis and fed all in ranked, but as always, my client crashed going back into the stat screen. This is really important to me, people like this shouldnt be alowed to play league, def not ranked.
