none of this loads. Has been like this for weeks! how do I fix this?(btw i have a internet connection) 
Dude, its 2016 3/12 {HELP ME} Same thing is happening. Rainbow Ki11er is my IGN: The boarders are all there. Just none of the content is loaded. Except the top right elderwood LB and Blood Moon Yasuo. None of the other content like the regualar videos and the featured matches ect are showing up. I Can still que games though. WHATS WRONG???
Had the same problem after a fresh install of windows and league. This was the first result that came up in a google search and none of the others had a resolution either. Since I figured out how to fix it I'll post it here.
For windows users: Use your search bar to find cmd(Command Prompt) and 'Right-Click' -> Run as Administrator. Type the following: net start w32time Hit enter. Type the following: w32tm /resync Hit enter.
If your client was open while you were doing this you may need to close your client and reopen it.
