well, people will afk and feed in all ranks, but in those ranks, the other team is playing a bit better.

the higher the rank, the better the other team plays.

It's hard af, near impossible, if you don't play OP/broken champions.

The reason I ask is because I'm always hearing that the V and IV divisions are the cesspool of any tier, and that if you can carry out of those, you can pretty much carry until the next tier.
