I think riot should give us three more refunds for season 3 and every season after that or at least 1 what do you guys think? Also new skin for vi since that mysterious X is coming out would be great and a skin for elise since I cant get out of silver and i want to get a new skin for her :c riot pls
you should get 2 refunds per season
This won't be a popular opinion, but I, for one, am perfectly fine with only ever having 3 refunds for the duration of your account. I've never used one, and don't see a need to.
Buyer's remorse goes both ways:
I say just be more judicious with your spending, if you find yourself wanting to use refunds all the time. Try champions out before you buy them. Check out video walkthroughs of skins before you buy them to see if you think they're worth the money.
tl;dr - Spend your points/money wisely and you won't need refunds.
Riot stated that every champ has a skin somewhere along in the development line. Some champs tho will only get it till after their VU/rework, Sion being an example and Heimer.

Even just 3 (on account creation) + 1 per X period of time (to a cap say 3) would be a decent system to roll with. This would most likely cut down on the work load of their support team with all the buyers remorse they're sure to be getting as a company with 30 or so million customers.
I would like more refunds! I think that if Riot wanted to do this in a way that makes sense for the business, a season refresh or anniversary gifts (as suggested here: http://community.na.leagueoflegends.com/c/ideas/hHevAUAw-refunds?comment=00040000) would be great.
Another way would be to give refunds based on x amount of RP (or maybe even IP) spent in the store. That way you're giving refunds to people who have earned it and maybe need it. Creates incentive and makes money. :p
How about a system where we get a refund back 1 year after we've use?
You should get a refund for X amounts or RP purchased during the year. You purchased 200$ worth of RP, then you get 2 refunds. (Or something like that!)
The Marketing team for LoL won't allow more refunds because believe it or not... League of Legends is all about the money.

I think you should get an IP-Refund every month. And champs whom you have bought skins, should be refundable, however the skins will be 'offline' and will go online again, when you rebuy the champ.
3 refunds for everyone asides... there should be an option for us to delete champions we brought weeks, months and years ago.
I totally agree, I messed up on my purchases and wasted all 3 refunds to get what I wanted and I kind of wished I can get more refunds because of such mistakes
I agree with the Refunds.
It makes a lot of sense to me that refunds should be given periodically since new content is always being released. Purchase history only lasts 90 days I believe which limits any abuse one might put into refunding things.
If we can't refund it , then why should we buy more rp?
