[Bug][Yasuo][minor] Ult always appears up to teammates

I'm fairly certain this isn't the right place for this, but I"m not sure where is, so here it is.

While playing Yasuo with my teammate, Vi, she kept thinking that my ult was up due to the indicator light on the left side of the screen constantly being up. I can't confirm this, since I haven't had anyone help me replicate it, but I thought it was worth a mention. Thanks!
