Rotating Game Modes

Is there a consistent cycle that people know for the rotating game modes. A few of my old league buddies and I don't play much anymore but we get together for Ascension every few weeks. Really hard to plan around it because we never are completely sure when it is. Does anyone know if there's any rhyme or reason to when the game modes rotate?
