Prestige/ Name changing 2 opinions on game ideas

I feel that in league there could be a mode for players in which case the players would want too. A prestige mode, sort of like call of duty but league style, to where you can restart the whole game from level one and no characters, i like this idea because i have had good memories from low levels, but if you've also spent RP in game you get it all refunded,yes even gifted, and you start over i dont know about anyone else but i've always wished i could do everything over again. Im not sure if this would be able to happen in league but i find it a good idea i like working for things. ONE MORE THING. is that the rename tokens in game.... are not worth whats being asked for by riot, it is 1350 RP to rename your account, its only text in game its not unlocking more content as if you were to get a skin, i feel this add-on to the game should be free or if riot doesn't feel this way then they should make it at least cheaper than whats being asked for EXAMPLE: 1-300 RP

Not trying to be rude but that's the worst idea I've ever heard. People pay money for champs and skins and to get rid of them is just stupid. And the refund idea... what if they bought a skin/champ on sale, and then "prestiged"? They would have to wait for it to go on sale again and this whole idea is just a mess. League of Legends is League of Legends and Call of Duty is Call of Duty.
