Petition to make a future champion transsexual.

Times have changed, Riot.

It is time we start looking at equality in a larger picture, for this... I am starting a thread in hopes to see more variety in your game, we need a transsexual champion and I do not mean just by looks but by lore and dressing manner.

Do not deny many homosexuals equal opportunity to represent themselves in this game.

It is time to take League of Legends to the next level, I am not gay but I fight for the needs of the few.

Just curious, where does it state the sexuality of all the champs? How do you know which champs are gay or not? It seems like you are the one discriminating saying that there are none. I am not against gays, actually for marriage and what not, but I don't think they need to make an effort to put a champ in that is designed around being gay. There are no points of sexuality in the game, you wanting to make the only point gay is discriminating against heterosexuals.

Heterosexuals cannot be discriminated because they are a majority, only minority's get to play that card.

Btw, there is no biological gender other than male or female (In the human species). There is sexual personality or tendencies and such things, but biologically you are either male or female.

I'm biologically male, but I have bisexual tendencies.

Yeah, I might've used a slightly different term that could've meant something else, but when I said BIOLOGICAL, you should've realised that I was talking about Biological Sex.

Zilean is biologically male. No one has said anything about his sexual tendencies. The same can be said for a majority of the champion roster.

The only thing I seemed to have missed out on was intersex, which shouldn't matter here.

Gender in general is not set by biological standards in many parts of the world, it is your tendency what defines you, what do you call a hermaphrodite?

It is your tendencies that define you socially, but so what? What's listed on champion pages are their biological genders, not their sexual tendencies. Stop playing the victim card. This is not bigotry, I'm not discriminating against gays. I myself have bisexual tendencies like I said so earlier. I'm calling you out on your stupidity and the fact that you want Riot to pander to you and the homosexuals while subtly telling us that Riot has been pandering to the heterosexuals, which is absolutely wrong. They've taken a neutral stance on this and only certain cases such as Ashe and Tryndamere or Garen and Kat have been explicitly stated as being straight relationships for lore reasons. Yes, it would be nice to have them create a homosexual relationship for diversity. I agree with that, but making champions explicitly gay for the sake of them being gay will never be healthy for a champion's lore and comes off as simple pandering and trying too hard. Someone like Riven or Irelia would be a good pick for a lesbian character. They were never meant to be lesbian, but they wouldn't lose anything if they were. It has never been explicitly stated that either of them were straight or lesbian.

Are you implying that homosexual men are not males? That is pretty sexist and I must report you to Riot now. We do not partake in homosexual behaviors here.

I support this. I'm neither gay, bi, or trans, but such individuals deserve representation. I would like to point out that gay and trans are not the same thing, as you seem to use them interchangeably in your post.

You cannot discriminate against a majority because the system automatically opposes you, the entire set of the champions are straight, why not a single transsexual?

Not in theory but in application due to numbers, the minority is the one affected.

Denying a single change in a vast pool of generalized forms is discriminatory because that single tendency does not exist as if:

Imagine a club that only has boys and suddenly a female wishes to join but due to the majority she isn't allowed to, that is how discrimination works in reality, then it is up to higher powers to allow that single to join and create variety.

I don't think champion sexuality has ever been discussed officially, because it's only tangentially relevant to lore, and completely irrelevant to game play. Some people make assumptions, based on either tidbits of lore or subtext that may or may not exist, that Taric is gay, that Vi, Caitlyn, and sometimes Jinx are lesbians, and that Ezreal is a female crossdressing as a male.

If you're that concerned, Ahri's Charm can technically make anyone gay or inter-species, at least until it wears off, so I guess you could main her. Just, no "League of Lesbians" jokes, please. We've probably heard them all at this point.

More seriously, though, this sort of thing is better left to fan-fiction and maybe eventually lore, where it can be fleshed out into something that's not a stereotype. I can't imagine it would go over well if there was a champ whose sole defining characteristic was that they crossdressed, because that's a pretty off-the-wall thing to base abilities on, and again, it would fall into a stereotype.
