I account OMGERICXU was banned until August 13th for no reason. The system says I should read the email which has send to my address; however, I just not receive any emails from LOL. I am ensure the email address is the right one. So i just don't know how to do now

just give it a few minute. youll get your email and reform card to see what you did!

If you didn't get an email about it you will have to submit a support ticket.
