dude, he has no mobility, and it is a really big weakness. If you just leave him alone in lane, he will be pretty strong, but just get a jungler to camp mid for 7 minutes, and boom: your midlaner wins.

You realize that he was just nerfed in 5.16 right?

Viktor is mainly skillshot based and has a terrible early game. He scales well but can only buy five items. he doesn't need to be nerfed.
