Issues pertaining to negative players in League community

Now obviously since I'm not a ranked player my words will mean nothing to a vast majority and honestly don't care anyways. I'm not the best player by any means mechanically but at least I do my best and make it an effort to be sportsmanlike to teammates and enemies alike. However, I run into constant issues with my own team whenever I happen to solo que. Its not that I'm stuck in the bad part of the community myself, I am a positive influence, my after game honors can vouch for that. But nonetheless, each and every time I play pvp (any mode) I get paired with negative teammates, incompetent, unskilled players who either don't communicate at all or just do their own thing in a team based game. I'm not doing this to simply complain, just making sure that the fact League still has many issues with its player base stays in the light of things. I'm close to not playing league at all anymore unless its a custom or bot game and that's sad, I shouldn't be discouraged so frequently just because League decides to always que me with other players who only wish to be a negative impact or don't care to have winning impact at all, or they simply wish to troll. These are my thoughts and are important to me so any negative feedback to this for whatever reason is not going to be cared about.
