"Don't blink" - Ekko, A DOCTOR WHO REFERENCE?

So I was playing Ekko today when I heard him say "Don't blink". I had already seen comments about people saying "We need a doctor skin bundle with Zilean", but has Rito already given us a little hidden Easter egg with the Doctor Who reference? I'm of course refering to the well known quote to all whovians from 10, warning us about the weeping angels. Anyone thought about that as well?

DUDE YESSS!!! They first time I was playing Ekko I heard that and almost died from my fangirling. I was hoping that there was some guy in Riot that was giggling to himself when Ekko was being made and intentionally planted that quote just for us Whovians as Ekko is a champion that messes with time and space travel etc. Ekko (bowties are cool and real doctors wear coats)
