Can I purposely be on low priority queue?

Like can I toggle it? Sometimes I want to do stuff between games but forget to queue, so I like the Netflix autoplay-esque style of after 10-20 min I'll get queued. Idk I'm weird but I recently got on low priority for leaving a normal game and found that I liked it more than usual for now.
