Meta Restraints

I have been playing LoL for nearly a year now, and one thing has consistently gotten on my nerves: the meta. Especially on the release of the S5 map, Riot has been herding summoners towards certain roles with certain champions. Sure, I like the Braum support, and the Katarina mid, but it just seems like there is no other place Riot wants you to play them. The new jg is a good example. The jg is now heavily favouring tank/bruiser champions to jg, instead of my favourites, like Kha'zix. I just think Riot needs to remove the need for "this champion goes there and nowhere else". No one this season wants to try something new, because they will be flamed through champion select. I really wish that people would just understand that champions don't just belong where Riot says they should, and just leave meta breakers alone. Ascended out.
