Like recently there are so many toxic players in the games, i was wondering how does riot deal with these people? how do riot choose the punishment, etc? see the chat in that pic, i have blur the name of the victim because he doesn't want his name to show up.
Well, I can say that I have rarely seen anyone as nasty as that Ziggs was there. I can't speak for Riot's policy or system. However, I know of several MMO's that would suspend an account for that kind of remark if they were able to verify the screenshot. In LoL all I can recommend is to hope that you reported after the match and that you followed up by using the support system here to send any screenshots you took to Riot. Hopefully they will do the right thing.
Unfortunately, from what I've heard/read Riot tends to be extremely hesitant to bring out the banhammer even when it is justified. I can't promise you anything.
