PBE Starter Kit unlockable

So I signed up to be on the PBE on the 3rd. But I still can't unlock the PBE starter kit. I wanna play but I can't Because I can't get any runes or rune pages. Please let me know so I can play thank you for your time.

Read the PBE info on the actual PBE boards.

The starter kits are no longer an option so you have to buy everything individually.
