I give up - @Lyte, please enlyten me - Page 3 - League of Legends Community

It's been over a month since I requested chat logs from support. I would like the chat logs that constituted a second 2 week ban so that I might document everything. I've included the link from what I believe to be a bogus first 2 week ban as well.

UPDATE After nearly 2 months I have received 2 responses to my request for chat logs or records. The first was to decline any refund request. The second which still does not provide anything is included below.

UPDATE 2 More than 2 months now with no logs or documentation provided regarding a 2 week suspension. Surely there has to be a lot of ammo in the cannon to be laying down 2 week bans no?

i read that chatlog... if you think that your first ban was bogus you clearly haven't learnt anything. You told people they suck, are shit tier, to fuck off, called for reports in all chat, "gg, ignored, reported. scrub.", called ppl bronzies and morons... WHAT DO YOU EXPECT????? if you think a ban for that kind of behavior is bogus it is no wonder you have been banned again. How thick can you be?!?

you still don't get it, do you? for each of those comments you deserve a report. "I deemed pretty tame the first time" ^this is your problem. You don't think its a big deal. A lot of people think it is. Most players do not behave like this. You are the minority.

I expected punishment for one. But not 2 weeks that Lyte announced was for extremely toxic behavior - racism, sexism, homophobic slurs, threats of violence, etc. I had never received chat restrictions or a ban before that.

I am asking now because I HAD improved the behavior, and don't even say those things I deemed pretty tame the first time. I hadn't repeated resorting to angrily lashing out and swearing. That would be why I am requesting chat logs.

How thick can YOU be?

All of those logs there are from people double picking lanes or feeding. 2 of the separate logs they included there are from the SAME GAME. I see worse than this in just about 2/3 of the games in ranked silver/bronze. I'm sorry that out of over 600 ranked games played that sometimes people trolling me got to me.

Thanks for the bump. You still aren't really carrying much of an argument here. I already stated I expect punishment for the infraction. I'm not really interested in your personal opinion, because that's all you seem to have.

Lyte stated in August there were sweeping bans for extreme toxicity - racism, sexism, ad nauseam... He listed this in a link to a Reddit post. In the ban email you are referred to this reddit post for examples of what constitutes a 2 week ban.

Now whether your frail little pansy ass can handle something above a PG-13 rating in an online game is of little concern to me. Fact is I do not fit into anything listed by Lyte. People afk, troll, and often go out of their way to piss people off in this game, it's near pandemic. If you have never been pissed off at these types of people, if you've never sworn or lashed out at them, well kudos to you sensei. I for one am sometimes affected by the stream of sludgetastic shit that is the playerbase of this game and previously lashed out. I did not anymore, so I requested logs.

The player base is forced to play games out even with these types of players active. There is no active in game mitigation and you may report one at the end only to encounter a new one the next. The support is equally inept and regardless of your chivalry and ability to formulate baseless opinions, I would like an answer to my support request.

I remind anyone reading this that I have not received anything regarding my direct request for chat logs or records except the cut and paste response. The support behavior specialist responded twice to this ticket. The first was in response to a refund if they can't provide logs/records, which of course they said wasn't going to happen. The second response from a behavior specialist was this one.

I have invested money into this game. I am leaving and will obviously look back on this experience as a mistake, one I won't be making again. I still await a response to my request however, because as far as I'm concerned Riot is full of arrogant ignorance.

You clearly have no concept of what behavior is acceptable and what behavior isn't.

The funny thing is that you are obviously not learning. And as along as you are not accepting that being a douche in game is not ok, every single account you make from here on out will still receive punishments. I LOL at you!

It took me a month to finally get a human, and my chat logs. When I got them it showed I was temp banned and the rewards I spent a year earning were taken away because I had the nerve to tell a troll "STFU braum you suck", and encourage people to use riots report system, After being harassed for 24 minutes, and in the select menu. BUT the troll Got His Rewards, I know because I looked up the match on my history and looked at his history of play which had no 2 week gap in play.

So apparently it is OK to harass someone Constantly and say Much worse than "stfu you suck" as long as you don't bother riot with it... I hope you get your chat though I've noticed Lyte hasn't helped anyone with this in quite a while. I also noticed when he first started doing it he would pick and choose who got theirs. Even doing that a few times the chat was so mild, and often nothing but Obvious responses to trolls, that it just didn't make sense for the person to be punished.

Bro they refuse to get back to anyone in a timely manner. I got a bogus two week ban after completing my chat restricts being cordial and civil yet still I get a ban for no reason? I'm starting to think everythings just automated because player support isn't player support. The support tickets are a joke too. Just copy pasted crap.

Yeah I realize they're mostly automated. Their support is complete crap and some of their $600+ million might do well to be invested in that.
