i wanted to gift a friend a skin she's been wanting but i don't want her to know that it was from me because then she would feel had that i spent money on her. I've tried searching it up but came up with nothing, i would greatly appreciate it if someone let me know.

Yup, it'll put your summoner name there and you can add a message in the box. I think you have to use the legacy client to gift though.
