Add an african server , it's community is getting bigger but they suffer from high ping

I live in Africa and play on euw , with a ping of 300 ms how can you call that to - play - a game , recently , Latin america's servers were released ( i'm not sure if it's just now xd ) and to now , no news on an african server have been shown . So basically my request is to make an african server or a server as close as it could be to Africa so at least when playing , it would be fair to play vs someone with a good ping , not 300 ms .
