riot hates me

Why the hell do I only gain 20 lp when I win and lose 18 if I lose. Every game I have lost in the past f*cking 2 weeks was because of my r%%%%%ed teammates which I cannot control so I don't understand why I keep getting paired up with players that don't listen and why I get punished for my win rate is so low now. The pairing system is terrible. I continued to be paired with people below my skill level and it makes it impossible to rank up. I have been demoted because I was on a 6 game losing streak and every single game my teammates fed(specifically usually the bot lane). There isn't much anyone can do. I'm just very pissed off that this pairing keeps occurring to me and want to see if riot is intentionally trying to give me cancer.
