I have a request regarding a Twisted Fate Skin :3

Yes, Hi. I'm not used on this kind of things that you post your thoughts and stuff but, in this case I have no choice, for the first time I spent money to buy RP because I felt that the hextech box idea was really cool, so I tried it out. as I open boxes (14 I think) I got a legendary twisted fate skin. (magnificent twisted fate) so what I did was I disenchanted the skins I got from the first boxes I opened and made the twisted fate skin, I know it's my fault for not checking how the skin looks like before making the skin. but I got excited because it was a legendary skin and just YOLO'd it and made it, I was disappointed on how it looks when I first used it in game. So my concern is, is there a possibility on upgrading the skill effects on that legendary skin? I mean, It would be nice if his skills Q and W effects have different animations and all.
